Join a team of 85+ professionals across two locations
Operate mulchers, excavators, and graders on site preparation projects. CDL preferred.
Lead crews on site preparation projects. 5+ years experience required. OSHA 30 certification.
Process drone survey data, create site maps, and support precision clearing operations. B.S. in GIS or related field.
Manage multiple site preparation projects. PMP certification preferred. Travel 25%.
Conduct aerial surveys for site assessment. FAA Part 107 required. LiDAR experience a plus.
Maintain and repair heavy equipment fleet. Diesel mechanic certification required.
Our 12-week internship provides hands-on experience in site preparation, environmental management, and technology operations. Open to students pursuing degrees in forestry, environmental science, civil engineering, or related fields.
We also partner with local schools through our Youth Conservation Corps program, introducing high school students to careers in sustainable site management.
